2 in terror trial face new charge

La professor Peter Henning, a former federal prosecutor, commented about the June 2003 trial of two men charged with supporting terrorism following the raid of a Detroit apartment six days after the Sept. 11 attacks. Henning said if the men are convicted, they would typically face no more than six months imprisonment under federal sentencing guidelines.
